  THE FORCE SCIENCE INSTITUTE

The Force Science Institute is dedicated to the study of human dynamics in high stress, rapidly unfolding force encounters. By applying the findings from research conducted by the Institute to real-world situations officers often encounter, the organization strives to ensure that investigations into force encounters take fairly into account the scientific realities of human performance. Further, through classes such as the Force Science Certification Course, the Institute educates a wide variety of law enforcement personnel who are then able to apply Force Science concepts to their investigations and training and their evaluation of officers’ behavior during these encounters.
